Policy

We will gladly accept returns or exchanges of new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise in its original packaging with fully intact security ribbons present, within (7) days of the original purchase date. Please ensure you take care when trying on garments; do not wear perfumes, deodorants, body lotions or makeup. Items that are damaged, altered, worn or cleaned will also not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. We're unable to accept returns for any swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed.

At Deme Studio we do not cover the costs of the return shipping and this is down to the customer. If you happen to return any of our garments please ensure you complete the returns form. To retreive the form contact HQ via the contact page or Instagram. If you have any queries please don't hesitate to get in contact with us.

When sending your exchanges/returns to our headquarters please use recorded insured delivery as we will not be held responsible for any loss of parcels in transit. Please Allow up to 10 working days for your refund to be seen in your bank account.
